Our training and coaching approach draws on over 20 years of experience designing and facilitating trainings and workshops. Our facilitators have experience and ability in three key dimensions: professional acting, education and corporate facilitation. We have a strong background working in diversity, with specialisations in Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL), organisational management, and professional theatre training. We understand the written and spoken word, as it applies in an ever-globalising context.
We are prepared to help you meet your long-term needs via one-off seminars, ongoing training sessions, group workshops or highly individualised one-to-one coaching. We stay up-to-date on the latest research in improvisation, education, and technology, and will create targeted training for help improve specific situations.
Abigail has been a paid improvisational actor since she was fourteen years old, playing with her first team, Comics Anonymous in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has trained all over the world in improvisation and worked with some of the world’s most esteemed figures (Keith Johnstone, Tara DeFrancisco, Lyndsay Hailey, Craig Crackowski). She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from Theatre UCF and a Masters Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Leicester. She has been training individuals, schools and businesses in Frankfurt am Main since 2001.
Rene is one half of the comedy improv duo Rebel Chicken, and a member of FITS Improv Comedy since 2009. She has a BFA in Theatre from Nazareth College of Rochester (1998). In 2002 Rene joined the newly created DAP Ensemble, a group of Directors, Actors and Playwrights from the New School’s Actors Studio, serving as their Producing Director for almost 2 years. Since moving to Frankfurt in 2007, she has been acting, improvising and teaching, as well working on a literacy project aimed at bilingual children, Storytime with Rita Storee. She has studied improvisation with iO Chicago, Imprology, the Maydays, Fabio Marcioni, Lee White and Anundpfirsich.
