CAN IMPROVISATION REALLY HELP?
Yes, there is a great body of evidence that the tools of improvisation are helpful in developing the skills needed in the workplace. This training helps you with the bottom-line.
Having lived in the US, and abroad in Germany for many years, we have a unique ability to combine cultural awareness, language training, and theatre pedagogy together into a program designed specifically for international teams or individuals working in a multicultural environment.
Our training can be tailored for any group. We have experience with NGOs, government organisations, community groups, business teams, and facilitators. Training could be done in house, or externally. We offer one or two-day workshops, as well as ongoing training sessions to work through specific goals with a team.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE ANY OF THE SEMINARS TOGETHER?
Yes. During our pre-training consultation, we will be able to identify the best fit for your group’s make-up and training objectives. It is entirely possible that a combination of any two or three of our programs may work best for your company.
We are based in Frankfurt but we have travelled throughout Germany and Europe to deliver our unique programs. We can deliver our training at the client’s site or we can arrange a location ourselves that will assure a great training experience for everyone. The earlier you begin the pre-training consultation, the easier it will be to arrange a trainer for your specific needs.
WHAT IF I DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE ‘PERFORMING’?
Our program is built for all walks of life so no individual should feel uncomfortable or pressure. Our facilitators are trained to make every student feels welcome and comfortable, and the exercises build from simple to complex, so no one usually feels like they are performing, just completing the next task.
WHO HAVE YOU WORKED WITH?
Some of our clients include Commerzbank, Insight Europe, the Economic Development Board Singapore, the English Language Teachers Association of Frankfurt, Toastmaster’s, the European Space Agency, the European Central Bank as well as a host of schools, small businesses and private persons. We also teach improvisation and acting classes to Frankfurters every week in our non-profit theatre school, TLS Frankfurt in Bornheim.
